Two weeks of rain and a domestic mower won't even push through it. We bring ride-ons and brushcutters — it gets cut in one visit, not three.

A council bin holds one mow, not a jungle. We load it into our own tipper truck, so you don't hire a skip bin at $350–600.

Rental inspection, end of lease, or photos for the sale. These have dates. We book the slot and finish before it.

We publish our prices. Most don't.
Some jobs genuinely need a look before we can price them — that's what the photo quote is for. But you shouldn't have to ring three people to find out the ballpark.

Four weeks of growth is 1.5–1.8× the work — that's the difference.
One-off visits start at a $130 minimum. A small yard still costs us the same drive, the same equipment and the same tip fees.
Plan customers don't pay it — which is why a small fortnightly visit ($90) costs less than calling someone once. Large blocks, steep slopes and tight access are quoted from photos. All prices include GST.
What we do
One crew for everything outside the back door.
Overgrown clean-ups
Knee-high grass, woody weeds, beds that haven't been touched in a year. Brushcutters and ride-ons, done in one hit.
Hedge & shrub trimming
Shaped hedges, tidy shrubs, low branches cleared off the path. Every cutting goes in the truck.
Weeding & garden beds
Beds weeded, edges redefined, mulch topped up on request (material at cost).
Green waste removal
Our own Isuzu tipper and caged trailers. You never book a skip, and nothing sits out front for a week.
Offices & strata grounds
Small offices, shopfronts and unit blocks on a schedule, with monthly invoicing and a written service report.

We take the waste with us
An Isuzu NLR tipper, service vans and caged trailers — all owned. The alternative is a skip bin on your invoice, or a pile left out front until the next council pick-up.
Insured, and an actual company
Registered Pty. Ltd. (ABN 49 617 814 105) with Public Liability and Workers Compensation cover. You get a tax invoice, and certificates go to your strata manager the same day.

FAQ
The questions we actually get asked.
Do you take the clippings away?
Yes, all of it, in our own truck and trailer. It's not an add-on line on the invoice and you never need to book a skip. The only exception is a rescue job that exceeds one trailer load — we tell you the extra haulage cost before we start, not after.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need side or gate access. When we finish you get photos by text, and you pay after you've seen them. Most of our plan customers have never actually met the crew.
Can I book just once?
Yes. One-off visits start at $130 and go up with the state of the garden. Worth knowing: a fortnightly plan is $90 a visit for a small yard, so if you're going to call twice, the plan is already cheaper.
Is there a lock-in contract?
None. Pause, skip a visit, or change the frequency whenever you like — we just ask for a heads-up before the day. Holidays and wet weeks happen.
What if my yard is genuinely bad?
That's the job we're named after. Send photos and we'll quote the rescue: from $150 small, $200 medium, covering up to two hours and one trailer load. Bigger than that and we give you a fixed number before we come — we don't turn up and revise the price upward.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public Liability and Workers Compensation, held by ATS Total Service Pty. Ltd. (ABN 49 617 814 105). If your strata manager or agent needs certificates of currency, we send them the same day.
Do you do offices and unit blocks?
We do — it's most of what the parent company does. 180+ ongoing sites across NSW. For small offices, shopfronts and unit blocks we set up a schedule with monthly invoicing and a written service report.
How do I pay?
A tax invoice after the visit, payable by bank transfer. Plans are invoiced monthly in one hit. Every price we quote includes GST.
