Some jobs genuinely need a look before we can price them — that's what the photo quote is for. But you shouldn't have to ring three people to find out the ballpark.

Four weeks of growth is 1.5–1.8× the work — that's the difference.
One-off visits start at a $130 minimum. A small yard still costs us the same drive and the same equipment. Plan customers don't pay it — which is why a small fortnightly visit ($90) costs less than calling someone once.
Clippings go into your green bin wherever they fit. That's what keeps the regular price low, and it's included. When a job makes more than one bin holds — a rescue clean-up, a big hedge cut-back — we quote the removal before we start, never after.
Bringing a badly overgrown hedge back, branch trimming and bulk waste removal are add-ons — send photos and we give you the fixed number first. Same for large blocks, steep slopes and tight access. All prices include GST.

Overgrown clean-ups
Knee-high grass, woody weeds, beds that haven't been touched in a year. Brushcutters and ride-ons, done in one hit.
Hedge & shrub shaping
Keeping hedges and shrubs in shape and at height. Included in the rescue visit and in every maintenance plan.
Weeding & garden beds
Beds weeded, edges redefined, mulch topped up on request (material at cost).
Overgrown hedges & branches add-on
Bringing a hedge that's gone over the fence back to height, and clearing branches off the footpath, fence and roofline — even after a few years of neglect. We don't fell trees; full tree removal is an arborist's job.
Offices & strata grounds
Small offices, shopfronts and unit blocks on a schedule, with monthly invoicing and a written service report.

One crew, hedges included
Most mowing crews cut the lawn and leave. The overgrown hedge and the branches mean booking someone else. We do it in the same visit — and when a job outgrows the green bin, we have the truck and trailer to clear it.
Insured, and an actual company
Registered Pty. Ltd. (ABN 49 617 814 105) with Public Liability and Workers Compensation cover. You get a tax invoice, and certificates go to your strata manager the same day.

FAQ
The questions we actually get asked.
What happens to the clippings?
We load your green bin wherever it fits. Council collection is free and it keeps your visit price down — most regular maintenance visits fit inside one bin. When a job makes more than that (a rescue clean-up, a big hedge cut-back), we quote the removal in our own truck before we start. Nothing appears on the invoice that you haven't agreed to.
Do you cut back overgrown hedges and branches?
Yes. Hedges that have gone well over fence height brought back down, and branches cleared off the footpath, fence and roofline — including ones left for a few years. It's the work most mowing crews send you elsewhere for, so you're not booking two companies for one garden. Routine shaping is included in the plans; bringing something badly overgrown back is an add-on, quoted from photos before we start. What we don't do is fell trees — that's a qualified arborist's job, and we can point you to one.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need side or gate access. When we finish you get photos by text, and you pay after you've seen them. Most of our plan customers have never actually met the crew.
Can I book just once?
Yes. One-off visits start at $130 and go up with the state of the garden. Worth knowing: a fortnightly plan is $90 a visit for a small yard, so if you're going to call twice, the plan is already cheaper.
Is there a lock-in contract?
None. Pause, skip a visit, or change the frequency whenever you like — we just ask for a heads-up before the day. Holidays and wet weeks happen.
What if my yard is genuinely bad?
That's the job we're named after. Send photos and we'll quote the rescue: from $150 small, $200 medium, covering up to two hours. Bigger than that, or with a badly overgrown hedge in it, and we give you a fixed number before we come — we don't turn up and revise the price upward.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public Liability and Workers Compensation, held by ATS Total Service Pty. Ltd. (ABN 49 617 814 105). If your strata manager or agent needs certificates of currency, we send them the same day.
Do you do offices and unit blocks?
We do — it's most of what the parent company does. 180+ ongoing sites across NSW. For small offices, shopfronts and unit blocks we set up a schedule with monthly invoicing and a written service report.
How do I pay?
A tax invoice after the visit, payable by bank transfer. Plans are invoiced monthly in one hit. Every price we quote includes GST.
